Below you will find a summary of the report and a link for you to view it in it's entirity. Quote: Fifty-eight percent of motorcyclists and their passengers killed were wearing helmets while 19%
of bicyclists killed were wearing helmets. Forty-one percent of motorcyclist and their passengers killed
were not wearing helmets while 79% of bicyclists killed were not wearing helmets.
